About Auto Wise
Auto Wise Consulting LLC provides vehicle-finance education, calculations, estimates, market information, document-review services, and consulting tools. Auto Wise is not a lender, does not make credit decisions, and does not guarantee approval, rates, savings, refinancing, purchase terms, trade values, refunds, or financing availability.
Estimates and third-party information
Calculations, market values, trade ranges, payoff illustrations, interest estimates, and other outputs are estimates based on information supplied by you and, where applicable, third-party data. Actual lender, dealer, manufacturer, tax, registration, appraisal, auction, trade, and payoff results can differ.
Your information
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for reviewing source documents, lender disclosures, contracts, payoff statements, and dealer paperwork before making a financial decision. Auto Wise outputs should not replace the final documents issued by a lender, dealer, insurer, administrator, government agency, or other provider.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. You may not access another customer's case, documents, or paid services without authorization.
Paid services
Paid services may include Full Analysis, Expert Review, Concierge Review & Action Plan, or other clearly described offerings. The features included in each tier are shown before purchase. Document analysis or expert review is provided only when the purchased tier includes that service.
No professional or legal advice
Auto Wise does not provide legal, tax, accounting, insurance, investment, or credit-repair advice. When those issues matter to your decision, consult an appropriately licensed professional.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Auto Wise, attempt to bypass access controls, probe another customer's information, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Availability
We work to keep Auto Wise available and accurate, but third-party services, data providers, payment networks, hosting systems, or maintenance may cause interruptions or delays.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Auto Wise is not responsible for a lender's, dealer's, data provider's, or other third party's independent decision or for losses caused by relying on an estimate as though it were a guaranteed offer or appraisal. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms as Auto Wise changes. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
