Educational and consulting service
Auto Wise Consulting LLC provides educational vehicle-finance analysis and consulting. Auto Wise does not make credit decisions, issue loan approvals, commit funds, or guarantee that any lender or dealer will offer a particular rate, term, payment, approval, refinance, purchase structure, or cash-out amount.
Vehicle values
VIN-based market values and comparable listings are estimates based on available third-party market data, VIN, mileage, ZIP code, and other inputs. They are not certified appraisals, guaranteed sale prices, auction values, dealer bids, or guaranteed trade allowances.
When Auto Wise shows an illustrative trade range derived from a predicted retail value, that range is a planning estimate only and may differ materially from an actual dealer offer.
Loan and payoff calculations
Payment, interest, amortization, payoff, equity, LTV, DTI, refund, and savings calculations are estimates. Actual figures depend on lender methods, timing, fees, taxes, product contracts, payoff dates, payment allocation, and other terms in the controlling documents.
Documents and protection products
Document review and product-refund estimates do not replace the contract terms issued by the lender, dealer, insurer, administrator, or product provider. Eligibility, cancellation rules, refund methods, and refund amounts are controlled by the applicable agreement and law.
Third-party services
Auto Wise uses third-party providers for payments, hosting, private file storage, VIN identification, market data, and other infrastructure. Third-party availability and data quality can affect the timing or completeness of a result.
Independent decisions
You remain responsible for reviewing final lender disclosures, dealer contracts, payoff statements, insurance or protection-product terms, and other binding documents before acting on an Auto Wise analysis.
